TUNE OPTIONS

A BASIC Safety Tune, is intended for Three scenarios - 1) Your Bike was serviced in last 6 months and something just isn't right. 2) Your Bike has been in storage, and are getting ready for 1st ride of the season /OR/ 3) You have just assembled or had MBP assemble your new bike and want all factory settings, adjustments, bolts, and screws completely checked.

A COMPREHENSIVE Tune is Recommended if your bike has not been serviced in 12 or more months, or has been in storage for more than 12 months. IF YOU ARE HAVING A BIKE ASSEMBLED, OR JUST ASSEMBLED A NEW BIKE ADD THIS! - Your bike will perform so much better, and last much, much longer.

A PERFORMANCE Tune is needed roughly every 6 months for a well used MTB, or between each race. For the Commuters, Road, and Gravel bikes a PERFORMANCE tune is recommended every 12 months. For Cruisers and bikes of rare or occasional use this service is not recommended.

BASIC SAFETY TUNE is a careful and complete inspection of the bike. While attending to all the Bikes most basic functions, and safety concerns all of which include Gears aligned and tuned Brakes aligned and tuned Hanger straightened if necessary Frame wiped down, basic clean Chain lubed Tires inflated and checked for wear and tear Bike test ridden Labor for parts installations not included in service price.

COMPREHENSIVE TUNES go way beyond the scope of a simple BASIC SAFETY TUNE. When you want your bike to truly be a joy to ride, and safe we start with everything from the BASIC SAFETY TUNE which includes Gears aligned and tuned Brakes aligned and tuned Hanger straightened if necessary Frame wiped down, basic clean Chain lubed Tires inflated and checked for wear and tear But goes way - way - way more in-depth in that also included is: Gears de-greased Headset checked and greased Bottom bracket checked and greased Rotors straightened Cables lubricated Wheels trued Frame checked for cracks and deformations

PERFORMANCE TUNES GET (nearly) everything we got. In short a Performance tune is as follows: Bike stripped to frame Complete clean of all components and frame New cables & housing for gears and brakes (mechanical) Brake bleed if necessary Hub overhaul Installation of new Bar Tape or grips (Bar tape or grips provided, customer can provide their own if desired) Tubeless sealant topped up Suspension Pivots checked and Greased (MTB Only)
